How do I convert PDF to JPG under 200KB?

Understand the format change
Converting a PDF page to JPG creates a flat visual image. It is suitable when a portal asks for a picture of the document, but it does not carry PDF navigation, fields or text selection. Keep the source PDF for any later verification or printing need.
A 200 KB target offers more room than the cited 20–50 KB photograph range, but it is not automatically correct for a recruitment photo. Use the number and format written next to your specific upload field.
Avoid misleading file extensions
Renaming a file from .pdf to .jpg does not convert it. LensUp renders the page and creates actual image data. Open the result after saving so you know the output is readable and the browser used the intended format.
