How do I rotate a PDF and save it that way?
Open the PDF above and the page list opens. Pick a page and press Rotate the page 90° clockwise (↻): twice turns it upside down, three times turns it 90° the other way. Turn each page that needs it, then press Download edited PDF — free, with no sign-up and no upload.
How to rotate PDF pages in three steps
- Open the PDFUp to 100 MB. A password-protected PDF asks for its password. The page list opens beside the pages — over them on a phone.
- Turn the pagesPick a page in the list and press ↻: each press turns it 90° clockwise. Only that page turns, and Undo reverses the last rotation.
- Download the PDFPress Download edited PDF. The turn is saved in the file, so the pages open upright in any PDF reader.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free? Are there limits?
It is free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. A PDF can be up to 100 MB.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened, turned and saved in your browser; nothing is sent to a server. The file you opened is not changed — you download a new copy.
Can I rotate just one page of a PDF?
Yes. Only the page you pick turns; every other page stays as it is. To rotate several pages, pick each one in turn and press ↻.
How do I rotate a page counterclockwise or upside down?
Each press of ↻ turns the page 90° clockwise. Press it twice to turn the page upside down and three times to turn it 90° counterclockwise; a fourth press brings it back.
Is the rotation saved for good?
Yes. The new PDF stores the turn of each page, so it opens the same way in any reader, on a phone or a computer, and prints that way too.
Does rotating change the quality or the text?
No. Turning a page only changes which way it faces: nothing on it is re-encoded, and text you could select before can still be selected. A scanned page stays a picture.
Can I rotate a password-protected PDF?
Yes. A PDF with an open password opens once you type it, and the rotated copy keeps the same password. A PDF locked only against changes opens too, and the copy does not keep those restrictions.
Can I rotate a PDF on my phone?
Yes, in your phone’s browser — no app. There the page list covers the pages: tap a page to pick it, tap ↻, then tap Pages to see the result.
Can I also delete or reorder pages?
Yes. The same tools delete the picked page (the bin) and move it up or down; on a computer you can also drag it in the list. To add text, a signature or a picture before you download, use the editor’s tools on this page.
